What You'll Be Doing

✅ Handle inbound calls enquiries professionally
✅ Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
✅ Monitor and manage ChatBot operations to ensure smooth customer experience
✅ Escalate issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

✔ Good communication and Customer service-oriented mindset
✔ Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
✔ Able to work on an activation basis when required
✔ Prior call centre experience is a plus, but not required
